The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct care to the residents of the health and rehabilitation center, assisting them in activities of daily living under the direction and supervision of a professional nurse. Those duties include but are not limited to: bathing, dressing, serves and collects food trays, feeds residents, measures and records weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output as directed.

Qualifications:

Carolina Rehab Center of Burke, a 90 healthcare center in Connelly Springs, North Carolina, is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) who is licensed in North Carolina or is a graduate of an approved PTA program and is actively working toward licensure.

The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) is responsible for implementing treatment programs established by the Physical Therapist in accordance with all state, federal and JCAHO regulations. They collaborate with facility staff to promote the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial wellbeing for the residents.

Must be currently licensed in North Carolina or is a graduate of an approved PTA program and is actively working toward licensure.
